June 1986 - First edition of The Air Charter Guide published
June 1989 - The Air Charter Guide expands to include Europe and the rest of the world — Listings in 148 countries
March 1994 - Guides.com web site launched
January 1995 - First edition of Executive Traveler Edition
July 1997 - Executive Traveler Edition distributed to SST Concorde passengers via seat backs
September 1997 - First Edition of CD-ROM
August 2000 - Establishment of Air Charter Guide Online Division, Acquisition of CharterX™
February 2001 - Launch of fully integrated Air Charter Guide/CharterX online application
April 2001 - Joint Venture with Legfind.com wholesale auction application
May 2001 - Over 300 aircraft in the quoting network that is growing exponentially
June 2001 - Directory adds industry specific company history information to answer demand by the industry looking to better qualify their broker partners
September 2001 - CharterX procurement management tools for flight departments and volume buyers released
September 2001 - Release of CharterX International application which supports more than 150 currencies
February 2002 - ACG and leading charter scheduling software providers, CTA-FOS, FlightPak and Powerquote develop data exporter programs to deliver real-time availability to the ACG Industry Exchange.
October 2002 - ACG releases CharterX 3.5 which is customized to support quoting requirements of European and Asian charter operations.
January 2003 - ACG announces data export alliances with BART, NAVPAK, FltOps, TotalFBO, and other proprietary systems to deliver real-time availability to the ACG Industry Exchange.
February 2003 - Release of CharterX for Flight Departments. Qualified flight departments can access the aircraft quoting network as well as tools to manage pricing and relationships with preferred vendors.
March 2003 - Nearly 60% of all long-range jets in the US and Asia quoting online with CharterX tools.
April 2003 - Release of CharterX 4.0 built with .NET technology.
April 2003 - Release of AirCharterGuide.com--a retail customer charter search and quoting engine.
April 2003 - Release of CharterXtra online quoting application for online travel agents and corporate travel managers.
August 2003 - CharterX Upgraded to Support Five Languages, 142 Currencies, and 12/24 Clock Settings
