Poland's First Air Charter Company Author: Originated from Airline Industry Information
Poland's first budget airline, Air Polonia was launched yesterday (8 December), with a flight from Warsaw to the Baltic Sea port of Gdansk.
The new carrier - which will compete on domestic flights with LOT - has also inaugurated a service between Warsaw and the southwestern city of Wroclaw. The airline is also scheduled to start flights between the Polish capital and London's Stansted airport next week.
Air Polonia previously operated only charter and cargo services, according to The Associated Press. Related Articles
